Core training is more than having a nice set of abs, it's more about strengthening the muscles that stabilize the spine, pelvis, and shoulder girdle and correcting the postural imbalances that lead to injuries. A strong core also reduces back pain and improves athletic performance as well. We incorporate kettlebells, medicine balls, sandbags, planks and other techniques to build a strong core. If you want power, improved body control & balance, core training is where it is at.
