It's a great way to get to know our services at a low cost without making a commitment. With our personal training session you'll get 1 on 1 training that focus soley on you. Our Body Composition Assessment includes body fat%, measurements & weight. Then a food list of healthy carbs, lean proteins & healthy fats to help you with your diet. If you decide we're not the perfect match for you, simply walk away after the 30 days without any commitment.
